Through its University Consulting Program, AySA receives Master's, Doctorate and Postdoctoral students from the most prestigious universities in the world to contribute to the company through research work. In this way, a link is developed between the company, governments and academic entities that, through the signing of cooperation and exchange agreements, allows the realization of supervised professional experiences and practices.
This Program, which has been launched in front of diplomats and representatives of several countries, began to be developed in 2020 and from that moment on has given rise to some important investigations.
In 2022, the research topic was “Water as a strategic resource and driver of development. An analysis of the Mercosur trade bloc" whose authors were Sneha Mojumdar, Friedemann Schmidt, Nadia Udochi, Philipp Woelfel and Omar Bhatti.
It should be noted that in 2023 AySA was selected for the third consecutive year by The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to develop a research work on “Design of an international virtual water compensation system.”
In addition, experiences were carried out with the Antonio Nebrija University of Spain which, within the framework of this Educational Cooperation Agreement, has allowed research to be carried out on “AySA Security as a critical Argentine infrastructure” (2021).
Among the projects carried out with these Universities, the following also stand out: “Water and Development. Evaluating the economic, social, gender and environmental impact of access to drinking water and sanitation in Buenos Aires” (2021) and “Water as a strategic resource and driver of development. An analysis of the Mercosur trade bloc” (2022).
On the other hand, in November 2023, AySA received students and representatives from Minerva University in order to explore future lines of work.
In this way, AySA can transfer its expertise to the academic and scientific communities so that they focus on research on issues of the environment, drinking water and the importance of its care and protection as an essential resource for life.
